At Power On Audio Club, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and investment in all of our products. To ensure you are happy with your purchase at Power On Audio Club, please review our refund policies for our products and services below:
MEMBERSHIP AND/OR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
Month 1: 7-Day ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Policy - Initial Membership and/or Subscription payments may be cancelled and refunded at anytime within 7 days of initial purchase, and you will not be billed again.
Month 2+ Cancellation Policy: Once a subscription has passed its rebill period (ie. been charged), that payment becomes non-refundable. It is up to you, the buyer, to cancel your subscription BEFORE it rebills as you have the whole billing period to cancel it if needed. Membership products may be cancelled at any time with written notice by email to email@example.com and you will not be billed further.
If you have any questions or problems, or in the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To cancel your account or refund a product according to the terms outlined please forward your receipt emailed to you at time of purchase, to us at email@example.com.
We will review your information and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request before 11:59pm on the 7th day following your purchase. No refund requests will be granted more than 7 days following the date of purchase.
To request a refund, respond to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed by Power On Audio Club upon request, if all above conditions have been met in full. Customers ineligible for a refund may be granted a partial refund in our sole discretion.
If you are subscribed with a monthly subscription, to cancel your membership please contact email@example.com to request cancellation from the subscription, exiting the messenger bot will not cancel your subscription.
Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the product. Power On Audio Club recommends that you contact Ben Stockford, out customer service manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or your browser provider, as Ben Stockford / Power On Audio Club ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network;
Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted me at email@example.com for its approval of your refund request;
Product not-as-described: A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval. To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to check free samples (in the form of free webinars, video overviews, demo links, product samples, screen shots) of each type of the products offered before making a purchase.
We are not liable for any refund amount due to technical problems on your computer, including but not limited to: printer malfunction, inability to install Adobe Acrobat Reader, and/or problems due to Internet connectivity.
